HDB Resale Prices Up 2.9% In Q4, 4.8% For Entire 2020

SG’s communal housing sector completed the year on a favorable scale, by having HDB resale price index increasing 2.9percent quart-on-quart in the fourth quart of 2020, indicated HDB flash valuation published on 4January21.

“With the industrial uncertainty because of COVID-19, HDB is keeping an eye on the housing market very closely and will adjust the produce if required,” it expressed.
