The prime residential district of Singapore has always been a playground for the affluent internationally. In 2018, the luxury homes segment clocked in an impressive 7.9% price increase despite the cooling measure in July. We came in third across the globe’s major cities, behind Shanghai and Berlin who came in 7.9%  and 9% respectively. This will also cause a ripple effect to the other regions in Singapore especially the city fringe developments. The Tre Ver price may have a good chance for capital appreciation in future too.
